Who this covers

Pro Limo provides the booking page and booking messages for independent chauffeur companies. When you request a ride, the company you booked with is responsible for your trip, and Pro Limo processes your information on that company's behalf so the request can be reviewed, confirmed or declined, and updated.

Information we collect

When you request a ride, we collect the contact and trip information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, pickup and destination, schedule, passenger count, and notes. If you choose text updates, we also record your consent and message-delivery details.

How we use information

We use this information to process your booking request, let the company confirm or decline it, send transactional booking updates, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain the service. We do not use the booking text program for marketing.

Mobile information and SMS consent

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information to service providers acting on our behalf to operate the booking and messaging services, or when required by law. Those providers may use the information only to provide services to us.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not required to request a ride. See our SMS Terms.

Service providers

We use service providers for application hosting, data storage, address search, email, and text-message delivery. We limit access to the information reasonably needed to perform those services.

Retention and security

We retain booking and communication records for operational, customer-service, legal, and security needs. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may book without selecting text updates. You may also reply STOP to end text messages. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information, contact the company you booked with using the details on your booking status page, or contact us below, subject to any records we must retain by law.
