SMS Terms

Program description
Pro Limo sends transactional text messages on behalf of the chauffeur company you booked with, about booking requests submitted through that company's online booking form. Messages may acknowledge a request, report that it is pending, confirm or decline a ride, provide a secure status link, or give support information. This program does not send marketing messages.
How to opt in
Enter a U.S. mobile number in the booking form and actively select the unchecked option to receive transactional text updates. Consent is not required to request or purchase a ride.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies by booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's terms and charges govern your mobile service.
STOP and HELP
Reply STOP to opt out. After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming the opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or email help@prolimo.app. You may need to opt in again through the booking form before receiving later text updates.
Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text delivery is not guaranteed, so check your booking status page or call the company you booked with if an update is time-sensitive.
